Ámbito de aplicación de las Condiciones de Uso
Las condiciones de uso se aplican a todos los servicios ofrecidos por nuestro sitio en términos de consultoría y asesoría y lo que compete a toda la asistencia organizacional, proyectos y metodologías al sector empresarial colombiano. Las condiciones de Uso aplicables son las que se encuentran vigentes en el momento de realizar la solicitud de servicio por parte del usuario; el sitio por el solo hecho de exhibir dichos servicios confirma el entendimiento y acepta incondicionalmente la aplicación de estos.
Capacitada para el uso de la plataforma
Los servicios ofrecidos en el sitio únicamente podrán ser utilizados por personas que tengan capacidad legal para contratar de conformidad con lo dispuesto por la legislación colombiana vigente.
Proceso de Compra
- Los Usuarios pueden ordenar los servicios ofrecidos en el sito de manera directa, los cuales pueden ser claramente identificados según la descripción de estos; descripción facilitada y la conformidad de los servicios con dicha descripción.
- Durante el proceso de compra, una vez leído las Condiciones Generales de Venta y Política de Devoluciones indicadas en la parte final de la ficha de cada servicio, y verificado el contenido del servicio ofrecido o, de ser el caso, después de la modificación de esta, el Usuario declara aceptar plenamente y sin reserva alguna la totalidad de las Condiciones de Uso en el sitio www.asistopm.com.
- Confirmado y aceptadas las Condiciones de Uso de los servicios ofrecidos en el Sitio Web y las obligaciones del pago de dicho servicio, el Usuario podrá validar su orden por el pago en efectivo, el servicio será validado únicamente a partir de la totalidad del pago de la orden del servicio.
- Los Usuarios podrán hacer el pago con las tarjetas existentes en el mercado colombiano y toda orden de servicio que no haya sido pagada en su totalidad será denegada.
- ASISTOPM confirma la orden de compra por correo electrónico a cada Usuario (siempre y cuando esta sea aceptada por el banco o el medio de pago escogido). Tras la aceptación del servicio, la información de éste permanecerá accesible en el Sitio en “Seguimiento del servicio”
